Shekar (Shoban Babu) and Priya (Jayapradha) are in deep love with each other.Their fathers are relatives and they are planning to marry away their children.But Priya's father is a coward.He has hurted and cheated Shekar's father in business.Due to which Shekar's father had to suffer deep loss and had to sell away all his property.This is leading to the ruining of Shekar and Priya's love.Will they get compromise and what will happen to Shekar and Priya's love, forms the rest of the story.
